Welcome to my practice. I've been working as a psychologist for over 20 years and I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families. I take an integrative approach to therapy. Starting from a relational frame work I draw from my training in Emotionally Focused, Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems and Mindfulness based therapeutic approaches. The combination of these styles allows me to take a very flexible approach to my work. I believe it is essential to understand the person as a whole, including their family and personal history, racial/cultural background, religious and spiritual life, sexual orientation, and other cultural identities. I work collaboratively with my clients to determine what approach will best fit their individual and cultural style and needs.
